What is new? Welcome to our March 2023 Update. Productive and purposeful collaboration continues to be a powerful tool supporting sustained school growth. As teachers across the globe face challenges in a profession that is becoming increasingly complex the ability to create conditions for teams to work together to maximise efficiency of operations and clarity of purpose is crucial. Collaborative inquiry and generative dialogue are two approaches that have a proven record of accomplishment of making a positive contribution to school operations, particularly in the areas of staff morale and resilience. We are continuing to partner with schools and communities in 2023. If you are interested in learning more about how we might be able to support your school, please send us an email. Free Resources!

Our purpose:
As schools seek to improve student outcomes, lessons can be learnt from our international colleagues. We aim to adapt the successful components of international educational initiatives, so that stronger school leadership partnerships, based on reflective practices, are built within and across schools. We believe that by focusing on leadership development and collaboration (Generative Leadership) we can contribute to improving outcomes for students in NSW schools. We work with schools with three strategic directions in mind:
Outcomes will impact on the three focus areas:
Do you want to know more about the work we are doing?
Do you have a team or teams working on important school projects? Do you want to maximise the impact of this teamwork? If your answer to all the questions above is YES reach out to us via email at [email protected] and we will talk to you about tailoring individual support using the Collaborative Inquiry process. Our process will ensure ongoing professional growth for all the team members. We will focus on nurturing staff morale at the same time as building a clear shared understanding of your desired impact. We would love to hear from you. |
